Oventic students turn out in force to celebrate Mexican independence day
The Zapatista students turned out in force to celebrate Mexico's independence from Spain this September 15th. With song and dance, the new revolution remembered the old and continues to breathe new life and spark new innovations in the life of those in resistance.

Subcomandante Insurgente Marcos announces the "First World Festival of Rage Dignified."
On September 15th, the poetic spokesman for the EZLN invited the world to a festival designed to create "Another world, Another path: From below and to the left." The clandestine indigenous committee of the EZLN promises that the festival will include themes related to the countryside, the cities, politics, history, social movements communication, sexuality, art and culture ~ all from the point of view of the "other".

El día 15 de Septiembre, el vocero poético de la EZLN invito al mundo a la festival designado de crear "Otro Mundo, Otro Camino: Abajo y a la Izquierda," EL COMITÉ CLANDESTINO REVOLUCIONARIO INDÍGENA-COMANDANCIA GENERAL del EZLN comunicó que la festival va a tocar la temas del: otro campo, otra política, otra ciudad, otro movimiento social, otra comunicación, otra historia, otro arte y otra cultura, otra sexualidad.
